How Route75 Works
Route75 is a transformative journey built upon 10 foundational pillars. Complete all 10 pillars every day, for 75 days and evidence your transformation with images and feedback - joining an online community of other committed to adopting healthy habits and routines.
Consistency in these daily habits is the key to mastering your health and long-term wellness.

Workout 1
Complete a 45-minute daily exercise session. Any activity counts - even a gentle walk or swim on recovery days. Workouts should include, at least, two strength sessions per week required, and one workout each day should be outdoors. A 3+ hour session covers both daily workouts.

Same guidlines as workout 1.

Macro Balance
Choose a healthy macro split for your goals within each daily meal, and commit to if for 75 days. There are plenty of healthy guidelines online of plans to choose from. No constant switching or “winging it” – consistency drives results.

6x Fruit/Veg
Aim for 6 daily servings of fruit and veg daily. Only 2 from juice/soup. Eat 4+ different colors to boost nutrient diversity.

No Alcohol
No alcohol for the full 75 days to protect sleep, recovery, and decision-making. Treat it as a non-negotiable line in the sand.

3 Litres Water
Drink 3 liters of fluid daily. All fluids count, but 2+ liters must be plain water. Spread intake to avoid chugging at night.

Read a book
Read 10 pages of a physical book daily. No audiobooks or e-books. Keep your mind learning and your vocabulary growing.

New Hobby
Spend 20 minutes daily on a new hobby. This builds mental flexibility and can count as a workout if the activity is active.

Mindfulness
Spend 10 minutes being present via breathwork or meditation to calm your nervous system and build resilience for the challenge.

Gratitude
Reflect on your 'why' and write down 3 things you are grateful for. This keeps your mindset strong when the 75 days feel tough.
